Prominent Belgian Telecommunications Company, Part of a Leading Multinational Group, Expands Partnership with Striim to Enhance Data Integration and Customer Insights

PALO ALTO, CA, December 18, 2024 — Striim, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with a leading Belgian telecommunications company, which is part of a major multinational telecom group.

Building on a successful collaboration that began in 2021, this will further enable the company to centralize critical customer and billing data into Google BigQuery, creating a comprehensive 360-degree view of customer metrics, purchased products, usage, billing and contracts. The future solution is designed to accelerate issue management and improve targeted marketing efforts.

During a Health Check review of the existing and successful production platform, Striim’s Customer Success and Field Engineering teams determined that additional capacity was required to align and support the company’s future growth and data ingestion aspirations. This insight led to the decision to expand the partnership, not only by expanding the resources, but also transitioning to Striim’s SaaS platform, providing the ease of future scalability and the flexibility of a managed service without on-premise server maintenance.

This expanded partnership will empower the telecommunications company to:

  • Centralize customer and billing data into Google BigQuery for a 360-degree view, improving operational decision-making.
  • Enhance issue management and targeted marketing by leveraging real-time customer insights across purchased products, usage, and contracts.
  • Streamline data ingestion from Salesforce, enabling faster, more efficient integration with Google BigQuery.
  • Migrate existing Salesforce legacy connectors to Striim’s new CDC adapter, gaining enhanced performance and functionality.
  • Reduce on-premise infrastructure, supporting the company’s cloud-first strategy.

With the added cores in the new Striim SaaS instance, the telecommunications company is poised to enhance its data capabilities further. The organization has big plans for 2025, including developing additional use cases and supporting its growing data ecosystem.

Nadim Antar, CRO at Striim, commented on the collaboration, saying, “We are excited to support this prominent Belgian telecommunications company as it continues to evolve its data strategy. By centralizing customer data into BigQuery and leveraging real-time data integration, Striim is helping to accelerate its operations and drive more personalized, targeted customer experiences. This continued partnership is a testament to the value we bring in supporting its digital transformation journey.”
