Metrics monitored by the ServiceNow Reader

Metric	Description
Read timestamp	Last source timestamp read.
Number of inserts	Insert operations emitted.
Number of updates	Update operations emitted.
CPU / CPU rate	Runtime resource usage.
Source rate / Input rate	Events per unit time into the pipeline.
Last event position	Most recent offset/marker.
Latest activity	Most recent event or status.
Read lag	Delay between source change and read time.
Table-level information	Per-table activity and status.

Delete operations are captured only on tables with auditing enabled. See Configuring Auditing for a Table in the ServiceNow documentation.
READ access to sys_audit_delete is required to capture delete operations.
